Saleh Al-Qattan is a certified instructor who seeks to contribute to the improvement of human development and to participate in building a healthy society. He Believes that training is the foundation of modern development which helps to make the world a better place.


Saleh has rich experience in the development and research, as he filled many positions in many organizations in the State of Kuwait, including Director of Information Technology (2012 - 2014 as a volunteer for Averroes Inspire ,where he had to identify and support the implementation of information technology plans, while also maintaining the quality of service through the creation and application of IT standards of the institution. He also served as a student and assistant consultant of Dr Waleed Al-Rumi (2011 - now).


Saleh holds a Doctorate degree in psychological counseling - United States and has a license from the Global Educator Council for education


He is currently a researcher at the Administrative Office of the Director General of Civil Information. Saleh holds a Diploma in Computer Science (Public Authority for Applied Education and Training) - Kuwait ; a Diploma in Accounting (Public Authority for Applied Education and Training), Kuwait.


Saleh has a degree in Artificial Intelligence and is a member of Institution of Artificial Intelligence ALICE-California – US.


Saleh holds a certificate as a professional coach - the North American International Institute for Professional Development (NAICD), Canada; a certificate of a professional coach - Institute for Global Express train, Kuwait, a Certificate of Excellence in motivation and inspiration - Inspire Saleh holds a certificate as a professional coach - the North American International Institute for Professional Development (NAICD), Canada; a certificate of a professional coach - Institute for Global Express train, Kuwait, a Certificate of Excellence in motivation and inspiration - Inspire Averroes, Kuwait, a certificate of a professional coach - the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), the UK.


His interests include technology, research, science; he loves sports, adventure, writing, reading and Arabic coffee on the weekend.
